The medication the doc gave you is probably going to cut down on the infection. The rest of your plan is good. Also are you using a face wash made for acne or soap? Also try suntanning as this dries out the skin and cuts down on acne all over your body. Also be sure you are not taking an Testosterone Boosters or HGH as this makes it worse. Skin: What you are doing is good, but the tanning will help that too. Be careful of moisturizers as they can aggravate the acne on your body (everywhere). It will take trial and error but start with moisturizers that will not clog pores or have greasy residue. Good healthy diet and lots of water will help here too. Dark shades.......get to bed earlier. You will be surprise how a messed up sleep pattern will mess up your body chemistry including your acne and skin problems. Teeth, brush after each meal and at night before bed.
